Responsibilities:

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- EXCEPTIONAL interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. And awesome LISTENING skills are very valuable!
- Proficient in computer skills and learning new user interface platforms
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, and move quickly when the customer activity requires speed and agility
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
