The qualifications:
- Are looking for part-time work that they love to do
- Are friendly, upbeat & positive with others & our store cats in Springboro
- Appreciate nature and have a passion for bird watching & feeding
- Have strong active listening, verbal and communications skills
- Have a flexible schedule and are able to work weekends
- Able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 pounds of seed for our customers
- Able to multi-task and spend extended hours on your feet
- Have basic computer skills with a willingness to learn more
- Willing to complete extensive training!
- Basic math: 1 year (Required)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
The responsibilities:
- Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic and professional demeanor.
- Understands that the high energy customer experience is the #1 priority.
- Completes the High Energy Training in order to deliver the WBU high energy customer experience as the trusted local expert.
- Uses successful selling skills to satisfy the customer and complete the sale.
- Wears the logo name badge and logo apparel while working on the sales floor.
- Understands and communicates the store’s merchandise and target products to the customer.
- Attends store meetings as required.
- Completes any other duties as assigned.
