What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leader position at Wild Blue Car Wash?
The shift leader directs the overall activity of the carwash by leading and developing the site level team during each shift to provide excellent customer service. The shift leader is accountable for all financial goals and objectives of ownership while the Site Manager is off duty. The shift leader is responsible for ensuring that everything in the carwash is effectively managed during their shifts.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
