- Lead crisis prevention and intervention in intensive behavioral settings
- Support complex behavioral and mental health needs
- Drive positive outcomes through data-driven approaches

- Experience working with severe challenging behaviors
- Crisis intervention certification (CPI, MANDT, or equivalent)
- Comfort with physical interventions when necessary
- Strong documentation skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Physical intervention techniques
- Data collection and analysis
- Prior Level 4 residential experience
- Multiple crisis intervention certifications
