Site Design and Analysis:
- Develop and review site plans, grading, and drainage designs
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
- Perform hydrology and stormwater management calculations
- Oversee all stages of site development projects, from concept to completion
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, invoicing and resource allocation
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Ensure designs adhere to local, state, and federal codes and regulations
- Prepare documentation, applications and reports for permits and approvals
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design specifications are followed
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and propose solutions in real time
- Draft detailed engineering reports, specifications, and contracts
- Prepare drawings and layouts using AutoCAD 2022, Civil 3D, or similar tools
- Serve as the primary technical contact for clients
- Present project proposals, updates, and final deliverables
