- Build and develop high-performing teams in intensive service settings

- Proven success reducing emergency interventions while maintaining safety
- Track record of improving behavioral outcomes through systematic approaches
- Experience managing programs with intensive behavioral support needs
- Strong crisis leadership abilities in high-acuity settings
- Data-driven approach to quality improvement
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
- 3 years supervising high-behavior residential programs
- Current crisis intervention certification
- Experience managing programs requiring 2:1 staffing
- Strong understanding of 245D regulations
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field
- BCBA certification or related behavioral credentials
- Experience with multiple behavioral intervention models
- Track record of significantly reducing emergency interventions
- Experience with mental health dual diagnosis support
