Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 Performance Bonus up to$2,500 quarterly

Looking for a dynamic leadership role where you can drive real change in behavioral services? BrightPath seeks an experienced clinical leader to direct our intensive residential programs serving individuals with complex behavioral needs.

  • Lead sophisticated behavioral support programs requiring 2:1 staffing
  • Drive innovation in crisis prevention and intervention strategies
  • Transform challenging behavioral outcomes through data-driven approaches
  • Build and develop high-performing teams in intensive service settings

  • Proven success reducing emergency interventions while maintaining safety
  • Track record of improving behavioral outcomes through systematic approaches
  • Experience managing programs with intensive behavioral support needs
  • Strong crisis leadership abilities in high-acuity settings
  • Data-driven approach to quality improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
  • 3 years supervising high-behavior residential programs
  • Current crisis intervention certification
  • Experience managing programs requiring 2:1 staffing
  • Strong understanding of 245D regulations
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field
  • BCBA certification or related behavioral credentials
  • Experience with multiple behavioral intervention models
  • Track record of significantly reducing emergency interventions
  • Experience with mental health dual diagnosis support
