Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead multiple civil/site development projects with the assistance of support staff
- Specialize in site development and stormwater management to ensure projects meet regulatory and sustainability standards
- Manage all aspects of the permitting process for diverse projects
- Utilize public sector work experience in bidding and procurement to secure project contracts
- Drive business development efforts to identify and pursue new opportunities in the market
- Maintain tight control over project budgets and timelines to ensure successful project delivery
- 15 years of experience in project management within civil engineering, particularly in site development
- MA PE License required (or eligibility for reciprocity if licensed out of state)
- Soil Evaluator License is preferred, or a willingness to pursue one
- Strong leadership abilities to guide project teams effectively
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management and team collaboration
- Proven track record in public sector project bidding, procurement, and business development
