Job: Executive Administrative Assistant - WDP – www.wilddolphinproject.org
WDP is looking for a permanent Executive Administrative Assistant in North Palm Beach, Florida. We are a small non-profit, 40 years and running, and we study dolphins in the Bahamas during summer months and work offshore in Florida occasionally in our off- season (October through April). Year round working office is located in North Palm Beach, FL.
Start Date: March 1 2025
Full Time: 40 hours/week in office. Occasional off-site special event work.
Expectations: Job involves answering phones, scheduling field trips, communications through email and regular mail to members, donors, and trip participants. Handling bills and banking statements through Quick Books. Creating newsletters and some social media support. Submitting online forms to Bahamas and USCG during field season for trips. Coordination of staff and subcontractors as needed. Eventual handling of HR and other banking tasks in the coming years.
Salary: Start – 60k/year, with experience.
Vacation: 12 days/year
Sick Days: 3 days/year
Holidays: 8 traditional, must be flexible during field season May - September
