Responsibilities
The Guest Experience Manager is responsible for delivering a guest experience that creates customer satisfaction and improves acquisition, retention, and loyalty. This position plans and develops guest focused programs, oversees the resolution of guest concerns; and facilitates the delivery of quality, clean, and safe facilities, amenities, and services. This position works cohesively with property department heads/managers to identify and positively affect improvements and changes in processes and procedures; and will also interact in both one-on-one and group settings, leading teams and liaising with different levels of management on the regional and corporate level. The Guest Experience Manager is an integral member of the CoralTree Residence Collection management team, ensuring the highest levels of guest services through the application of all CoralTree Residence Collection standards, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in travel industry management preferred. Previous vacation rental management experience or front desk management experience preferred. Previous experience with Windows, Office, and property management systems highly desirable. Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write in the basic English language. Ability to effectively communicate and provide directions in a clear, concise, and professional manner in both verbal and written form. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Experience in problem solving with a pro-active approach to problem resolution. Must be available to work varied shifts and flexible schedules.
