Responsibilities
The Residence Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the physical assets of our rental owners. He/she is the primary contact for the owners to which he/she is assigned. The Residence Manager works closely with the Housekeeping and Maintenance department heads to ensure that the owner’s assets are managed and cared for with the highest degree of detail. The Residence Manager will also work closely with the General Manager and Business Development manager during the initial phases of new unit onboarding process. The Residence Manager communicates directly with residence owners and maintains timely, clear, and concise written and verbal conversations as necessary.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university with direct applicable industry experience; certifications in CPM preferred. • Passion for delivering great customer service.• Prior supervisory and team management experience required.• Planning and organization skills, with excellent attention to detail.• Exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage projects and establish priorities with diverse timelines and responsibilities. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret leases, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations. • Demonstrates a high level of skills in the areas of diplomacy, problem solving, and relationship building. • Ability to develop rapport and connect with team members, guests, owners, and vendors. • Ability to accomplish directives with minimal supervision; must show consistent follow-through.• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
