WILD EARTH GARDENS is hiring for a variety of positions. We are hiring reliable, friendly people for our Landscape Care and Landscape Construction crews. We have openings for Landscape Care crew members, Landscape Construction crew members, and an Irrigation Technician.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Landscape Care Team Member will have experience or aptitude for plant ID, plant care such as pruning, trimming deadheading, planting & transplanting; weeding, mulching & mowing. Basic irrigation knowledge is helpful

Construction Team Member will have experience or aptitude for small equipment usage, masonry installation, boulder placement, site preparation, proper planting techniques, sod installation, mulching, irrigation installation, reading of CAD design plans.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

· Dependable transportation to work

· Smartphone

· Able to stand and perform heavy labor for extended periods of time

· Lift and move 50 lbs. plus on a regular basis

· Work outside in varying weather conditions

· Work quickly and effectively

· Work well with others

· Proactive with a positive attitude

Compensation

$20-25, depending on experience

Merit based bonuses & raises

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
