Primary Responsibilities: To serve food, drinks, and to accommodate guests' needs in a courteous and timely manner by following Wild Eggs service steps and service standards.
- Greet guests and provide menu recommendations and answer questions about dishes.
- Take food and beverage orders from customers accurately and efficiently
- Serve meals and drinks in a timely, professional manner
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area
- Work effectively with kitchen staff to ensure proper food delivery
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Physical stamina to stand, walk and carry plates for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- ServSafe Certification (may be obtained upon hiring)
