Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment both indoors and outdoors.
Duties
- Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks in various areas including restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff floors
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Notify management of any repairs or maintenance required
- Follow safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals
Experience
- Ability to perform custodial duties efficiently
- Experience with facilities maintenance tasks is a plus
Skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
