What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Worker position at Wild-Flowers Lawncare?
Work on a lawn care and landscaping crew for commercial and residential. Landscaping experience a plus but not required. Duties include mowing, weed eating, leaf removal, and other lawncare and landscaping tasks. Pay will start at $120 per day (10 hours or less each day) for the first 30 days. After the 30-day probationary period, pay will increase based on job performance and again after 90 days. After 90 days, individuals may be considered for salaried supervisor positions when available. We are looking for self-motivated, reliable workers. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background and drug test. Positions are available immediately.
