We’re looking for a Lead Brand Designer to lead creative execution across multiple brand identity projects. This role is for someone who thinks holistically about design, understands how to build a brand system from the ground up, and can guide both clients and teams through the creative process from pitch to final delivery.
You should be just as comfortable doing the work as you are pitching it and directing it. This isn’t a role for someone who only oversees projects from a distance—we need someone who can execute, lead, and elevate the work at every stage.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Brand Identity Projects – Develop and execute visual identity systems that are strategic, cohesive, and built to last.
- Guide and Mentor – Support and challenge designers, providing clear direction while encouraging creative growth.
- Collaborate with Clients – Act as a trusted partner, presenting ideas with confidence and leading discussions around creative decisions.
- Work with Freelancers – Direct and manage external creatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with project goals.
- Manage Timelines & Budgets – Keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining a high standard of execution.
- Support Business Development – Help craft pitch materials, participate in client conversations, and contribute to the agency’s growth.
- Lead Strategic Vision for Pitching New Clients – Shape the creative direction in new business opportunities, collaborating with leadership to develop compelling pitches, presentations, and proposals.

What You Bring
- 3 years of experience in brand identity design and creative leadership.
- A strong portfolio that showcases brand systems, typography, and thoughtful design solutions.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring designers.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
- A collaborative approach—willing to share ideas, take feedback, and push for the best outcome.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
