Position Title : Casino Host
Position Summary : The Casino Host is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests.
In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.

Essential Functions : The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are :
- Be proactive in cultivating new or emerging players
- Provide attentive and personalized service appropriate to existing players
- Establishes and maintains good will by handling and resolving problems, question or concerns with all players on the floor
- Maintain a high level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism
- Increase player tracking by promoting card acquisition actively on the gaming floor
- Other duties as assigned
Schedule : The schedule for this position is classified as full-time
Pay based on experience.
