Job Description : Front Of House Supervisor
Department : Food & Beverage
Reports to : Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
Location : Wild Rose Casino & Hotel Jefferson, IA
Position Title : Front Of House Supervisor
Position Summary : Responsible for the operations of Lucky's Sports Grill, 7's Casino Bar and the kitchen operations. This position rotates venues as needed. Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the workers and resources for efficient, high quality, well prepared and profitable service of food and beverages.
In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.

Essential Functions : The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are
Schedule : The schedule for this position is classified as full-time
Salary : Based on experience
Education / Experience : Hotel / restaurant management experience desirable. Supervisory experience and Associate's degree preferred. National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) is desirable.
