This position offers both full-time and part-time options, with a strong focus on professional growth and development.

As part of our training and development program, you’ll have the unique opportunity to travel between our locations to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and appraise a wide variety of items, including jewelry, electronics, tools, and firearms.
• Provide customers with fair, accurate assessments and excellent service throughout their transactions.
• Process loans, purchases, and sales with precision and care.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and transactions.
• Foster a positive, welcoming atmosphere for customers and colleagues alike.
• Travel between Port St. Lucie, Stuart, and Okeechobee locations for training and development opportunities to gain comprehensive knowledge of our operations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a pawn shop environment is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
• Ability to assess and value items accurately.
• Basic computer skills to manage transactions and inventory.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel between our locations for training and growth opportunities.
