Job Title: Store Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead a small team of dedicated sales associates while cultivating a culture of accountability and excellence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and effectively managing a motivated team. Experience in retail management, employee recruitment, ordering, and merchandising will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Achieve and exceed sales goals by training, mentoring, and providing ongoing feedback to the sales team.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high standard of service to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and hold your team accountable to achieve the company’s objectives while maintaining a positive, high-energy environment.
- Store Operations: Oversee store administration, banking deposits, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Merchandising & Inventory: Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards and manage inventory levels by ordering from preferred vendors as needed.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues with staff or customers in a professional and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience and a strong track record in retail management.
- Exceptional leadership and business acumen, with a focus on driving team performance and meeting company goals.
