What are the responsibilities and job description for the Budtender/Assistant Manager - Entry Level position at Wild Sky Farms?
Wild Sky Farms | Bainville is the Williston area's newest cannabis dispensary. We are looking for high caliber associates to join our storefront team. Cannabis knowledge or experience unnecessary, product understanding and education will be provided. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, customer service, inventory management or has an engaging bright personality.
The primary duties of this position include, but are not limited to
- Opening a store front
- Using a high level of product knowledge to properly sell to patients
- Creating a beneficial experience for our patients
- Packaging product
- Cleaning and organizing
- Closing a store front
- Daily inventory
- Budtender: $15-$20/hr
- Manager: $20 - $30/hr
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- must be 21 years of age !
