What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2025 EMT position at Wild Water Adventure Park?
Applicants must maintain at minimum a current EMT license through national registry. Duties include, but are not limited to, performing daily safety inspections, providing medical care to guests and co-workers including ministering CPR, and creating and maintaining paperwork regarding care provided, accident investigations, and more. Must be 18 years of age or older. Effective communicator with ability to interview guests, employees regarding incidents, injuries and document accurately and timely.
Previous EMT experience is preferred. Must know safety standards for General Industry and Water Parks and the Parks specific safety protocols. Applicants must be able to effectively communicate and work by themselves, and in teams. Applicants must be able to work in outdoor conditions with temperature up to 105 plus while hydrating per safety protocols, maintain basic mobility standards, and lift up to 50 lbs., and must be able to handle stressful situations.
