What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2025 Rentals Associate position at Wild Water Adventure Park?
RESPONSILIBILITIES
- The RENTALS ASSOCIATE assists in the smooth operation of the Rentals department
- These duties are assisting guests with cabana rentals
- You will be responsible for directing them to rented cabana locations, assisting them with tube and locker rentals if needed
- Also providing great customer service to our guests for any other needs they may have pertaining to their visit with us on this day
- Interact with park guests
- Be knowledgeable about the park and what it has to offer
- Assist guests to cabana locations
- Provide information to guest about park amenities
- Provide guests their rented Single and/or Double person tubes
- Assist rentals staff with collection and storage of rental tubes which will be located all throughout the park at the end of each business day
- Ensure all tubes are maintained and ready for guest use
- Meaning proper inflation, checking for leaks, and repairing leaks as needed
- Working environment is outdoors
- Working environments will be subject to varying degrees of heat during park schedule May to September
- Light housekeeping of rental cabanas as needed and at end of each day
Must be able to work in high temperatures (up to 105 plus) for long periods while staying hydrated and following safety requirements.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, stretch to unpack and stock merchandise, stand for long periods of time and walk on uneven surfaces. Able to count and accurately manage cash drawer.
Pay based on experience.
