2025 Rentals Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Rentals supervisors oversee the operations of the Rentals / Cabana locations in the park.
• Organizing daily paperwork and printouts to ensure the smooth operating of the Rentals / Cabana dept.
• Manage rentals staff and assist staff with guest questions and complaints.
• Supervisor is a working position.
• Working environment is outdoors.
• Working environments will be subject to varying degrees of summer heat during park schedule May to September.
• Assist in monitoring cabana & tube inventories and inventory control.
• Move throughout the Rentals centers to monitor and provide support to Rentals staff and Leads.
• Handles cash and credit card transactions while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures at all times, while using POS systems.
• Handle guest questions or complaints while maintaining & supporting park policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
• Able to work on own initiative within a team environment.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Exhibit positive team culture and high levels of productivity and employee engagement.
• Ensuring that all equipment used is in safe working order, checked regularly and any faults reported to management.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, unless otherwise waived by Human Resources Management.
• Two (2) years of general operations or guest service experience is preferred.
• Guest service / Retail experience preferred.
• Requires proficiency with the latest MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook

Must be able to work in high temperatures (up to 105 plus) for long periods while staying hydrated and following safety requirements.

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, stretch to unpack and stock merchandise, stand for long periods of time and walk on uneven surfaces. Able to count and accurately manage cash drawer.

Pay based on experience.
