What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2025 Tiki Bar Supervisor position at Wild Water Adventure Park?
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tiki Bar Supervisor oversees the operation of Tiki Bar location(s).
- Conduct checks to ensure that enough product is on hand to serve customers.
- Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control.
- Manage Tiki bar staff and oversee drink orders and preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of employees, equipment, compliance reporting.
- Supervisor is a working position.
- Working environment is outdoors.
- Working environments will be subject to varying degrees of summer heat during park schedule May to September.
- Follow Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) & Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) standards.
- Ensure Proper checking of identification to make sure that only guests over the age of 21 are served or in control of alcohol beverages.
- Maintain established quality assurance procedures to ensure health department and customer service standards.
- Move throughout the Tiki Bar & Cabana centers to monitor and provide support for fellow supervisors and leads as needed.
- Maintain & support facility policies and procedures.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
- Able to work on own initiative within a team environment.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Exhibit positive team culture and high levels of productivity and employee engagement.
- Ensuring that all equipment used is in safe working order, checked regularly and any faults reported to management.
- Handles cash sales and credit card transactions while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures, ringing all sales into the POS register.
- Provides great customer service by interacting with guests in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED
- Must be 21 years of age.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year Bar Beverage experience preferred.
- Adaptability.
- Oral communication.
- Decisions-making.
- High energy level, ability to multi-task.
- Current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) card
Must be able to work in high temperatures (up to 105 plus) for long periods while staying hydrated and following safety requirements.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, stretch to unpack and stock merchandise, stand for long periods of time and walk on uneven surfaces. Able to count and accurately manage cash drawer
Pay based on experience.
