What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Plumbing Technician position at Wild Water Plumbing?
Wild Water Plumbing is a family-owned and operated company, with over 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry. We provide residential, repair plumbing services to Jacksonville, NC, and surrounding areas.
We have an opening for an experienced, motivated, and reliable plumber who has a proven ability to provide excellent customer service and is willing to grow with a small, family business.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of plumbing services ranging from faucet repair and installation, and water heater installations, to full residential waterline repipes.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean background
- Plumbing experience between 2-4 years
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and staff
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in a timely and effective manner
- Proven ability to be reliable, including but not limited to, the ability to show up to work and calls on time with a positive and motivated attitude
- Ability to perform the physical workload necessary for this position
Work Schedule and Location:
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM *Some weekend hours may be required and scheduling is subject to change
- Location: Job sites will vary and be located within Jacksonville, NC and surrounding areas
