Salary: $18.00 hr - $ 26.00 hr
Job Summary
- Prepares, seasons and bake PIZZA, APPETIZERS and CHICKEN WINGS. Also prepares House salads and Chef Salads
General Accountabilities
- Inspects and clean food preparation areas or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices.
- Ensures food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens
- Ensures freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock.
- Seasons and cooks food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience.
- Observes and tests foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently.
- Washes, peels, cuts vegetables to prepare them for consumption.
- Consults with supervisory staff to plan menus, taking into consideration factors such as costs and special event needs.
- Pay attention to quality, correct measuring and presentation of dishes
- Help receiving and organizing weekly food delivery
- Be a team player and help where needed
- Rotate ovens and follow the schedule for deep cleaning

Job Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: One year of related experience
- Must have AZ Food handler or Manager credentials
- Must live within reasonable commuting location
- Must have verifiable references
