```JOB SUMMARY```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dining Room Crew Member to join our team when we reopen (March 1st). As a Dining Room Crew Member, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the dining room, supporting the preparation and production of our food and all related menu items for Wild Willy's Burgers, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. ```DUTIES```
- Taking orders at the counter in person and via phone
- Answering questions about our food menu (including burgers, shakes, french fries, salads and more)
- Preparing fresh fruit drinks, frappes, milkshakes
- Delivering drinks and food to tables
- Expediting take-out orders for those who come and pay at the counter for orders that were previously called in
- Washing down tables inside and outside
- Keeping condiments stocked
- Selling merchandise (tshirts, sweatshirts, hats)
- Stocking beverage coolers before and during service as needed
- Restocking all food items and related cups / containers before and after food service
- Opening and closing the dining room for service (including cleaning of dining room, floors, tables, and surfaces)
- Working in partnership with the kitchen staff to ensure the best guest experience possible throughout the shift
NOTE: For those interested and qualified, we'd be happy to cross-train dining room staff to also work the line of the kitchen during busy periods (this means assembling burgers and food orders, packaging them for delivery in the restaurant or for take-out). This may also include being asked to arrive before the restaurant opens or staying after closing to prepare essential food items (sauces, burger toppings, potatoes, tomatoes, onions and more) beyond standard dining room crew responsibilities.
