What You'll Do
- Develop and Execute: Design and launch a scalable catering program that aligns with Wild Wing Cafe's brand, menu, and customer expectations.
- Drive Sales & Growth: Create and implement sales strategies to drive catering revenue, targeting corporate clients, events, parties, and large-scale gatherings.
- Operational Excellence: Establish processes for ordering, fulfillment, logistics, and delivery to ensure seamless catering operations.
- Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns, partnerships, and digital strategies to increase visibility. Build brand awareness in each market.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every catering order exceeds expectations, fostering repeat business and long-term client relationships.
- Financial Oversight: Develop budgets, pricing structures, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in catering sales, operations, or restaurant leadership (multi-unit or franchise experience is a plus).
- Strong ability to build, lead, and motivate a high-performing catering team.
- Excellent sales and relationship-building skills with a track record of driving revenue.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Passion for hospitality, food quality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and catering logistics.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
