Servers-
Serving positions involve greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience, while also handling cash and credit card transactions and maintaining a clean dining area. No experience necessary. 18 or older.
Bartenders-
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled bartender to join our dynamic team. A good candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, providing quality customer service, and ensuring the bar area is well-maintained and inviting.
Responsibilities
- (Bar Only)Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with customers to provide a welcoming atmosphere and ensure their needs are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process orders and handle transactions accurately.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods such as banquets or catering events.
- Uphold food safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience bartending or in a food service role is preferred, but not necessary.
- Familiarity with POS systems is encouraged, not necessary.
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink recipes accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry preferred, but not necessary.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 32 per week
