Crew Lead for Insulation Installers

We are looking for an experienced installer to take the lead by example for our crew.

Candidate MUST have experience in all aspects of installing fiberglass batting and everything that encompasses a proper install, blowing loose fill in attics, running the blow machine, BIBS and all it involves.

Responsibilities:
- Install fiberglass insulation materials in residential and commercial buildings according to work orders
- Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas
- Apply insulation using various techniques such as stapling, taping, or canned foam
- Seal gaps and cracks with appropriate materials to ensure proper insulation
- Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE) while working on job sites (PPE is provided)

- Attention to detail for things not installed correctly

-Understanding the "why" instead of just knowing "how" so you can help the crew learn and grow

- Know local insulation code

- Potentially taking new hires under your wing to train them in the way of how things are done

- Must have a valid drivers license.

Other:

- Paid weekly

- After a period of 90 days, possible pay rate increase based on leadership, experience, reliability, knowledge, work ethic, and other factors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• No nights
• No weekends
