We are currently looking for closing Assistant Managers (two great flexible options) at our University of Cincinnati campus store (Calhoun St.)
A little bit about our management positions below!
Assistant Managers: We currently have openings for both full time and part time Assistant Managers. Assistant Managers will have the choice between a 4 day on, 3 day off, 48-hour schedule, or a 3 day on, 4 day off, 36-hour schedule.
Pay for this position will be based on experience.
We passionately believe that growth from within is how your business grows. All employees that show a desire to grow, will be placed in the GM training program, and have a chance to be promoted into above management tiers. General Managers with overtime and bonus can earn up to $70,000 per year.
All Candidates Must:
Have reliable transportation
Have previous experience in a fast casual or QSR management setting
Have a "freak yea" attitude, in which all customers and team members you interact with, are given a full-service experience, in our fast-paced world
Some other cool things too:
Have experience in routing deliveries
Have previous experience on a college campus setting
