Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Supervisor will assist the Management team with providing overall supervision of the day-to-day operations of various building service contracts held by Wildcat and Fedcap Rehabilitation Services. The Senior Supervisor will supervise janitorial supervisors and cleaning crews assigned to various locations.
The Supervisor will assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the cleaning operations for janitorial contracts, throughout the metropolitan area that includes various locations, day, night, and weekend shifts, all depending on operational needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Facilitates training for supervisors, lead workers and cleaning crews; interact with customer base to
address janitorial concerns / issues or additional requests for detailed cleaning and floor care jobs.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with workers, supervisors, and management. The employee must be able to lift and / or move up to 50 pounds if they are demonstrating machinery, performing training techniques or covering at a site.
Work Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are non-typically Monday through Friday, 9 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM but will be determined by the operational needs of management as required by the sites. There will be evening, and weekend work required as job duties demand. There is also phone calls and texts that must be responded to after working hours.
Travel
Travel is primarily local and is required throughout the Metropolitan area as needed.
