Quality Inspector Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections of products at various stages of the production process to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- Ensure all production processes adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Accurately document inspection results and findings and maintain detailed records for traceability and reporting purposes.
- Quickly identify and report any defects or deviations from the quality standards, and work with the production team to address these issues.
- Work closely with production staff, quality control teams, and supervisors to communicate quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Operate and maintain inspection tools and equipment, ensuring they are calibrated and functioning properly.
- Participate in internal audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality control procedures and standards.
- Assist in training new employees and production staff on quality standards, inspection procedures, and best practices.
