Position Summary :
The Marketing & Social Media Manager role is primarily focused on social media strategy planning, content creation, posting, and social listening and response. This hands-on marketing position is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing communications strategies that are aligned with PSG's objectives and goals for all PSG brands. Marketing strategies and tactics will be focused on improving our customer experience, growing our business, increasing awareness, generating leads, and supporting other business objectives as assigned. The Marketing & Social Media Manager will be responsible for the creation, development, and management of content and social media posts, to ensure alignment with our commercial strategies and brand standards.
This role will engage with internal stakeholders (multiple facilities and disciplines such as marketing, product management, engineering, sales, business development, legal, IT, and executive management) and external stakeholders (marketing agencies, tradeshow and event hosts, consultants, customers, partners, buying influences, etc). The Marketing & Social Media Manager will also be responsible for the stewardship and management of the marketing budget associated with assigned areas of responsibility.
