Wilder's, a brand new fine dining restaurant in the heart of Birmingham, is searching for passionate and experienced Servers to join our growing team for our newly offered Lunch service. Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of server experience.
- Must be available to work during lunch service which will run from 11:30am-4pm Monday-Friday.
- Knowledge of fine dining service etiquette and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, with a passion for excellent cuisine.
- The ability to anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service.
- Ability to multitask effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to teamwork.
