At Wilder Companies, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Arsenal Yards in Watertown, MA. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive on-site marketing program that showcases the unique features and attractions of this exciting new development project.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and retail real estate, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our leasing team to ensure that new tenants receive marketing support upon lease execution, and collaborate with them on pop-up retail and temporary tenant opportunities to drive success at Arsenal Yards.
Responsibilities include:
- Becoming an integral part of the Arsenal Yards Marketing team to execute and lead a strategic, multi-faceted on-site marketing program
- Developing and tracking digital advertising buys with the support of the greater AY Marketing team
- Being the point person for all social media platforms, generating content and photos via a content calendar, executing posts, managing contests, and managing social inboxes
- Liaising with retailers, community groups, and the Arsenal Yards management team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Supporting monthly events for the life science community, including planning and execution, staffing and onsite coordination, managing promotion and RSVPs, in partnership with the greater Arsenal Yards Marketing team
