Retail Senior Property Manager
The Wilder Companies, a growing, Boston based Retail Real Estate development, management and leasing firm, has an immediate opening for a Retail Senior Property Manager to oversee part of its property portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities –
The position includes the day-to-day management of multiple properties throughout New England.
Responsibilities include property operations, contract negotiation and management, lease administration, vendor sourcing, tenant, and client relations as well as monthly reporting and analysis. Candidate is required to develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, vendors, contractors, tenants, and local community officials. You will manage multiple projects and be responsible for the creation and implementation of annual operating budgets and strategic plans for the centers.
Requirements –
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in Commercial Property Management, ideally retail and operationally based experience. College degree required; working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel required; MRI and YARDI a plus. The candidate must have excellent organizational, communication and skills as well as the ability to work with all departments within the company. Must be able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reports to the Vice President of Asset Management.
