SUMMARY: Responsible for acting on behalf of the General Manager, covering all aspects of Guest Relations, during the evening hours.

- Acts on behalf of the General Manager in his/her absence, alerting GM of issues, as needed.
- Must check in with all departments at the beginning and end of shift.
- Must be on property and carry a radio at all times.
- Must be visible to all departments.
- Responds to and reacts to all in-house emergencies.
- Ability to investigate and complete all internal incident and accident reports.
- Be fully versed in the Emergency Response Guide.
- Have working understanding of the hotel fire protection system.
- Respond to and assist in handling all guest related issues that the departments cannot handle.
- Walk around the entire property, completing at least two rounds of the hotel interior and exterior.
- Complete a MOD report at end of shift.
- Able to make decisions regarding issues in accordance with hotel policies.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
