Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at Wilderness Resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the security and safety of our guests and employees, while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and employees
- Enforce resort rules and regulations
- Monitor and control access to the resort
- Respond to emergency situations
- Prepare reports and communicate with other departments
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current/Valid Driver's License
- Customer Service, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
- Team Player
Work Environment: This role requires extended periods of sitting while working the gate and patrolling in a vehicle. It also requires extended periods of walking and standing while responding to owner inquiries or emergency situations. Occasional running may be required when responding to emergency situations.
Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
