Job Overview
We are looking for a Part-Time Sales Associate that will contribute to the success of our agriculture business by interacting with our customers and providing a first class sales experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Work Wilders retail locations and other events including farmers markets and pop-up shops
- Work the RiverWILD main office front desk by greeting visitors, collecting building mail, and maintaining a clean and inviting work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and experience at all Wilders retail locations and events
- Assist with client relationship management through order fulfillment, problem solving, feedback communication, and problem solving
- Assist Wilders logistics team with inventory management, including restocking retail locations and delivering customer orders
- Bring ideas to the table on how to grow our reach and improve processes related to product sales and our marketing reach
Qualifications
- Need a “Will to Win” attitude of wanting to better yourself personally and professionally
- Must have strong coordination, time management, active listening, communication, critical thinking and reasoning skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Highly motivated, challenge-driven, and entrepreneurial
- Strong ability to demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Willingness to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
