Job Description
This is a remote contract role for a Donation Management Specialist. The Donation Management Specialist will provide excellent customer service by taking inbound calls from donors for various charities, non-profit and for-profit companies. This position will require excellent data and financial security protocols. As well as, accurate data entry. There is no health benefits offered, and it is a contract position (1099).
You must reside inside the Continental United States.

Requirements
Experience in customer service or related field preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual a plus
Good problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively in handling customers' issues
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with customer service software, preferred
MUST pass a background check
Must have a PC with Windows 10 or 11...

Must have a dedicated phone line without voice mail.
High school diploma or higher preferred
