Job Description Job Description To create a beautiful shopping experience of upscale casually chic sportswear, accessories and special occasion women’s fashions for our clients, maximizing sales by using strong sales skills as well as strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow through skills to reach or exceed daily and monthly goals.Essential FunctionsDevelop and maintain successful relationships with clientsComprehensive knowledge of retail sales processProvide excellent customer service with prompt follow up on inquiries, special orders and concernsBe a great listenerCreate an organized, systematized store client book, keeping detailed notes to assist in calling and emailing clients about new collections and upcoming eventsDemonstrate thorough product knowledge and fit during the selling processMeasure sales performance dailyKeep sales floor and store neat, organized and cleanAssist in some merchandising and inventory activitiesParticipate in store meetings, trainings and coachesAbility to work independently and also as a team player with a “does whatever it takes” attitudeRepresent our brand in a polished and professional mannerPerform other duties as assignedEducation and ExperienceMinimum 2 years’ experience in women’s luxury brand sale preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must have strong computer skills including operation of POS system.Physical, Mental, and Environmental RequirementsRequired to stand and walk for long periods. Occasionally required to lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
