Duties
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and daily sales.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their preferences and provide expert recommendations.
- Manage inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently during sales.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Assist in the setup of displays both in-store and online for e-commerce platforms.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on floral trends and techniques to continuously improve design skills.
Skills
- Proficient in floral design techniques with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Experience in retail sales, enhancing customer interaction skills.
