Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in computer and social media skills, able to follow instructions accurately, and excel at multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, calendars, and appointments efficiently using computer software.
- Communication: Make phone calls to coordinate with professionals, vendors, and clients, respond to inquiries, and relay messages accurately.
- Social Media Management: Assist with creating and managing content on various social media platforms to enhance business visibility and engagement.
- Inventory Management: Assist with checking in stock, organizing products, and ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
- Customer Interaction: Greet visitors warmly, provide information, and assist with inquiries while maintaining professionalism.
- Product Management: Put up products for display, ensure accurate labeling, and maintain a tidy, organized work environment.
- General Assistance: Help with various tasks to ensure smooth operations and support the team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and content creation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 28 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
