**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Daycare professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare and early childhood development, providing a safe and nurturing environment for children.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide attentive care and supervision to children in a daycare setting
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate and engage children
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Monitor children's behavior and implement effective behavior management strategies
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care
- Assisting the Director in the smooth and safe running of the daycare
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development stages and appropriate care techniques
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills with both children and parents
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
- Associates degree or more
