JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the implementation of player development programs, policies, and procedures. Focuses on premium player identification and retention through direct player interaction. Has discretionary authority to manage assigned accounts within established guidelines.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Ongoing interaction with assigned players to ensure premium player visits.
- Management of assigned player accounts to maintain designated levels of expense control.
- Development of increased levels of tracked premium play from new and existing players.
- Supports premium events and programs.
- Supports casino/club activities/events by contributing to an exciting atmosphere during direct guest contact and in all dialogue promoting Wild horse operations.
- Maintains the integrity of Player Development through consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Maintains compliance with regulatory laws, internal controls, operational and employee handbooks, and department policies and procedures.
- Promotes a clean, safe, and healthy work environment for employees and guests. Promptly reports all concerns to the Player's Club Manager.
- Continually demonstrates and promotes exemplary G.U.E.S.T service
- Comply with regulatory laws, employee handbook, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc.
- Promote internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior.
- Accurately and efficiently handle cash, redemptions, wampum, prizes for promotions, etc., as outlined by policy.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of any activity of guests and their accounts.
- Other related duties as assigned.

SIGNATORY ABILITY:
- Redemptions, departmental expense book, comps, and gift certificates.
ACCESS TO SENSITIVE AREAS:
- Players Club database.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three (3) years of players club experience OR two (2) years of front-line guest service experience at a supervisory level.
- Demonstrate effective computer literacy skills with Microsoft programs and database systems.
- High School Diploma or GED or ten (10) years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills required: verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Needs to stand and walk for long periods in a smoke-filled noisy environment; performs repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and fingers.
- Flexible schedule: to work weekends, shift work, and holidays.
- Exhibits a professional demeanor through appearance and by maintaining a positive attitude toward all employees and guests.
- Requires a High-Security Gaming License clearance.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with OASIS Super Playmate software.
