JOB SUMMARY
To provide support for the Promotions and Events Managers and Marketing Department in the preparation, coordination, and execution of promotions, events, direct mail, sponsorships, advertising, and publicity.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Track the status of all ongoing promotional projects, and ensure all deadlines are met and materials are delivered on time.
- Prepare written processes, documents, and releases and work fluidly between cross-functional marketing teams and departments.
- Communicate with Marketing and inter-departmental teams to ensure the accuracy, feasibility, and execution of promotions and offers.
- Assist in all in-house promotions including; drawings, slot tournaments, card tournaments, concerts, entertainment, special events, and others as needed.
- Assist with the planning and execution of events.
- Program promotions and Marketing Campaigns in OASIS, and Kiosk software (or other systems as necessary).
- Trouble-shoot issues with drawing clients, offer setup, and kiosk promotions.
- Perform data entry assignments, complete forms, documents, and written reports, able to review data, and make sound recommendations.
- Work with internal departments to develop and produce in-house collateral as needed. Coordinate the distribution of collateral pieces.
- Assist with distribution, tracking, and posting of all promotional and advertising collateral.
- Assist in the preparation of paperwork distributed to inform other departments of upcoming events and promotions as well as assistance needed from their department.
- Assist in communicating with vendors, customers, and staff to develop and maintain strong, positive relations.
- Coordinate with in-house departments to fulfill all setups needed to execute the Promotions and Special Events. These works include (but are not limited to): IT/audio-video setup, BEO, Database system setup, maintenance as well as, outside vendors.
- Ensure correct and accurate information on all communication platforms across multiple channels.
- Coordinates data with Marketing for target marketing and player, promotion, and product development.
- Ensures that the player database information is handled confidentially and appropriately at all times.
- Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two (2) years of entertainment, promotional, or marketing experience and/or a combination of education and promotional marketing experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Organizational and communication skills with the ability to work with all departments.
- Strong customer relations skills and innovative thinking for the development of promotions and events.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a cross-functional team to define problems and develop solutions.
- Provide exemplary customer service, intra/inter-department communication, team building, and problem-solving.

- Must be at least 21 years of age.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Everi’s Casino and Loyalty Solutions.
- Three to five years of entertainment and/or promotional marketing experience in the gaming industry.
- Associate’s degree in marketing, advertising, or business administration.
Salary : $20 - $28
