General Statement of Duties and Responsibilities
Under supervision, perform all grounds keeping and landscaping tasks necessary to maintain the zoo grounds and animal exhibits to the standards of the Wildlife Conservation Society.
Typical Tasks
General landscape maintenance of the zoo property, pruning, mowing, watering, weeding, planting and other related duties. Must be flexible rotating working at the 3 city zoos: Central Park, Queens, and Prospect Park and occasionally at the New York aquarium.
