Major Responsibilities
- To manage an assigned Restaurant location and seasonal staff in accordance with the following:
- WCS and department rules and regulations.
- Department of Health food safety guidelines.
- Restaurant department quality, service, cleanliness, cash standards.
- Control scheduling of seasonal help and maintain labor cost guidelines.
- Maintain systems of ordering food, inventory and related supplies.
- Responsible for orientation and train seasonal staff.
- To assist WCS and any of its departments with events.
- Perform related tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements
- High school is required, and college degree is preferred. Three years food service management experience.
- The Candidate must have a minimum of 2-4 years of restaurant experience in a fast-paced quick service
- restaurant with proven leadership qualities. They must have demonstrated excellent service standards,
- interpersonal skills and have a strong understanding of product quality, cash handling and sales.
- Employee must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays, and all holidays.
