Year 1 : $16.67 / hour ($35,000 annually)

  • Year 2 : $19.44 / hour ($40,500 annually)
  • Year 3 : $23.61 / hour ($49,000 annually)
  • Full Pay : $65,000 annual salary

  • Position Overview :

    As the Administrative Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a crucial role in shaping their experience with Wildlife Resolutions. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will have opportunities to expand your skills and contribute to our marketing efforts and office operations. This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who values long-term growth and embraces our company culture.

    Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering incoming phone calls and providing exceptional service.
  • Facilitate day-to-day communication between clients and our field technicians
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive follow-ups and clear communication.
  • Relay important information to field technicians and ensure timely updates between clients and the team.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, including digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Stay informed about pest management trends and regulations to maintain brand awareness and support customer education.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, producing accurate reports, and maintaining records in Jobber (service software).
  • Support the Office Manager with special projects and administrative requests.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to stay updated on company policies and best practices.
  • Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or GED required; education or experience in pest control is a plus.
  • Exceptional work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to professionalism.
  • Strong computer, phone, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM. This is an office-based position.
